PHPStat默认会在id为phpstat_cookie_id表单隐藏字段设置当前用户的cookie值，每个客户端生成唯一的取值，长度为32位。

格式是年+月+日+时+分+秒+随机码，通过该cookie可以在phpstat系统读取到该用户的访问记录；
